Trimming and packing units
Gypsum plasterboard production process ends with traimming and packing units, where two boards are doubled (ivory-side-to-ivory-side), trimmed in the bundler, stacked in the stacker and packed in further packing units like strech wrapper and etc. Bundler unit is used for trimming of the boards coming from dryer outlet. Accuracy of the trimming depends on the quality of the produced boards as well as the fine adjustment of the bundler system and cutting saws used in the device.
Plasterboards, after they are trimmed in the bundler, are fed to the stacking table unit where its aligned, stacked and passed to forklift table for further storage.
Before they are stored in warehouse, stacks of plasterboard might need to be packed by strips, wrapped with stretch film or covering with PE film by shrinking.
